Client/Designer Objective: Created an attractive, clean landscape that will be reasonable to maintain with renters and easy to update with a pool, etc. Created walkways that allow access around the entire house. Created an area underneath the deck that allows for attractive use. Created a new design for the driveway that widens the parking area to the edge of the house and allows for the most efficient use of impervious space.
