As one of the top commercial landscaping companies in Jacksonville, Rockaway, Inc. is proud to have been selected for design, installation, and maintenance of a comprehensive landscape project at the Deutsche Bank Operations Campus on Gate Parkway.

Our commercial landscaping services for the five-acre site also included irrigation renovations throughout the site with a focus on water conservation and sustainability.

Rockaway, Inc. worked closely with Deutsche Bank, C.B. Richard Ellis, Gilbane Contractors and architects during implementation of the renovation project.

Through strict coordination with C.B. Richard Ellis and Gilbane during the construction process, interruptions to parking and bank employee pedestrian traffic at the Operations Campus were minimized. Rockaway, Inc. currently maintains the property on a weekly basis.
