In this comprehensive design discussion, we’ll tailor a plan that reflects your unique needs and dreams. Think immediate clarity, personalized solutions, and expert guidance every step of the way. This premium service comes with a $125 consultation fee, an investment in saving you time, stress, and ensuring your landscape vision becomes a reality.
Our Process
Design Phase
After your consultation, your landscape architect or designer will develop a design plan to suit your needs, ranging from a hand drawing for a landscape refresh to a CAD architectural drawing to submit for HOA and permitting department approvals. Our staff are experienced and have strong relations with Northeast Florida HOAs and municipal review boards that expedite the review process. Our design fees vary depending on the complexity of your project and are credited by 50% on your final installation billing.
Final Review & Installation
Upon finalization of the design by our landscape architect or designer, we will coordinate a meeting for a comprehensive review and any necessary modifications. Concurrently, we will present the contract for your endorsement and usually procure a 50% deposit. Throughout the execution, our team will consistently update you on the project’s progression and milestones with visual progress reports.

Post installation or if you are currently satisfied with your outdoor living space, but are needing full-service maintenance we provide the services you need. Initiating a request is straightforward – give us a call or fill out the online form providing your essential contact details. Our devoted Client Experience Coordinator will coordinate a convenient time to visit and thoroughly evaluate your landscape. Following the evaluation, we’ll provide a comprehensive yearly maintenance estimate tailored to ensure your outdoor space remains vibrant and well-manicured year-round.
